Sunday School for Children!
Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade meet on the second and fourth Sunday mornings of the month for Sunday School after worship at 10:30 a.m. in the Pastor's office. Each week, teachers Alex and Pastor Denise share a story, snack, and activities to help us understand the meaning of the story to our lives today. Right now, we're studying parables or "stories Jesus told". We're acting out the stories, making shadow puppets to use in retelling the story, making life-size silhouettes to remind us of the neighbors who are still outside, and asking grow-ups to help us think about things we use like fences to keep us from befriending our neighbors.
On the first Sunday of most months, children remain in worship so that they may participate in Holy Communion. Special worship activity packets are provided on these Sundays. Nursery care is available for the littlest children.
